Case Study - Zubari na dlanu

How We Built a 20K+ Dental Directory and Turned It Into a Trusted Affiliate Platform

Where It All Started

This one wasn’t a client project.

We wanted to test a few ideas we had been thinking about. We wanted to see how far we could take a project by doing one thing right: giving genuinely helpful answers to the questions people search for.

Dentistry felt like a good niche for that. Patients are constantly searching for information on tooth pain, gum problems, and dental procedures, but most of what they find either reads like a medical journal or feels like a sales pitch. So, we launched a simple, helpful blog. No big launch. No outreach.

Just solid, thoughtful content, clearly written and structured to actually help the reader.

What We Noticed

We noticed that most dental content online missed the mark.

You’ve either got clinics chasing keywords without saying anything meaningful, or you find highly technical articles that sound like they were written for dentists, not patients.

We wanted to fill that gap and align our content with the reader.

We started publishing content that explained things the way you'd explain them to a friend. If we had to use medical terms, we broke them down into plain language. Our goal was NOT to look smart. It was to be useful. And it worked.

People started reading our articles for things like:

  • “How to know if a tooth is decaying”

  • “Why do gums bleed when brushing?”

  • “Is tartar the same as plaque?”

We focused on writing informative articles that didn’t just cover the symptoms. We walked people through causes, solutions (including home remedies), and what to expect when they visit a dentist. It wasn’t about replacing clinics—it was about preparing users before they got there.

What We Did
(And Why It Worked)

Step 1

We Built a Clean, Search-Optimized Platform

We designed the site from scratch with a calm, dental-inspired look and mobile-first UX.

Each topic was clearly categorized and interlinked, so readers could read more in-depth about each topic if they wanted. We didn’t want our content to be fully AI or generic like others. Every article was written manually and edited carefully to keep the tone friendly and conversational but also medically sound.

We brought in a writer with real experience in the dental field. He is not a dentist, but he is someone who has worked closely in the dental space and understands how to explain things accurately without overwhelming the reader with too many technical terms.

Step 2

Focused on Problem-Solving Content

Instead of chasing random keywords, we mapped out real search behavior.

We looked at the kinds of things people actually Google when something starts hurting or when they’re unsure whether to call a dentist.

We created content around those searches with a problem-first mindset:

  • Here’s what it might be

  • Here’s what it looks like

  • Here’s what to do next

This kind of content builds trust fast since it almost feels personal, and since no one else was really doing it this way in the dental niche, we had the space to grow.

    Step 3

    We Grew Organic Traffic, Naturally

We didn’t run ads. We didn’t push the site on social media and market it. We just let it grow organically.

Over time, traffic started to grow steadily with each passing month. People landed on articles, stayed to read, and clicked to read more. By month 10, we had passed 20,000 monthly organic visitors, and it kept growing.

Session times were high. Bounce rates were low. The site was doing exactly what we built it to do.

    Lets talk

    From Blog to Affiliate Platform

Once we validated that we could drive meaningful traffic, we moved into phase two: turning value into revenue.

We added city-specific directories where users could find recommended dental clinics right after reading about their symptoms or needs.

These directories were designed to rank for bottom-of-funnel keywords like:

    • “best dentist near me”

    • “recommended dental clinics”

    • “private dentist [city]”

We optimized these pages for local SEO, built backlinks, and then started outreach.
No cold pitches. No flashy promises. We simply sent proposals to local clinics showing the actual traffic and the types of queries we were ranking for.

Some said no. But others saw the value and started receiving warm leads from a trusted source.

    Lets talk

    The Results We Achieved

    01

    20,000+ monthly organic visitors

    02

Dozens of high-ranking articles for both informational and transactional search terms

    03

City-based directory pages ranking in top spots for bottom-of-funnel searches

    04

Direct affiliate interest from dental clinics

    05

A reliable stream of qualified traffic with no ads or artificial growth hacks

    What This Taught Us

This started as a test. But it reminded us why SEO, when done right, still works better than anything else.

    01

Real content that solves real problems outperforms keyword-stuffed fluff.

    02

Speaking your audience’s language builds more trust than sounding impressive.

    03

Authority comes from clarity, not complexity.
